- All of our members are still active in the technology industry, so our available hours are as follows:
- Monday - Friday: 6:00pm - 10:00pm
- This is actually the best time to work on many computer issues since the home user is usually home during these hours
and we can work on business systems without interfering with normal business hours.
- Saturday: 9:00am - 10:00pm
- Other times available if scheduled in advance.
- When ever possible, please schedule at least three days ahead.
- We reserve the right to charge our standard hourly rate for missed appointments if no advance notice is given.
- General Charges:
- Regular charge: $50 per hour, one hour minimum
- Small Business (less than 5 employees/workers) DISCOUNT 20% ($40 per hour)
- Personal/Home DISCOUNT 40% ($30 per hour)
- Emergency rate is double the applicable hourly rate
- Travel Charges:
- $0.40 per mile after first 30 (from our Caldwell location)
- Flat Rates:
- Computer upgrades (call for FREE on-site quote, mileage charges may apply)
- Operating system reload: $50 + cost of software, unless original media is supplied by customer (extra charges may
be applied if hardware drivers need to be obtained)
- Other software installation: $10 per title + cost of software, unless original media is supplied by customer
